Service Jurisdiction definition

Service Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction or a location in the jurisdiction from which the Electronic Services are provided, as the context may require or permit;
Service Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction of the state or country in which the Hitachi entity from which You procured the XaaS Services is located, or if indirect, the jurisdiction of the state or country in which the Hitachi entity from which Your supplying Hitachi Partner procures the XaaS Services is located.
Service Jurisdiction means the United States;

  • Except as otherwise required by law, including the Service Jurisdiction laws relating to consumer transactions, any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is forever waived.

  • Unless it is agreed in writing between the parties that the laws of another jurisdiction will apply, the laws of the Local Service Jurisdiction will apply to these WMS Terms and the venue for any litigation will be the one designated through the application of the Local Service Jurisdiction (as defined below).
