Service Priority has the meaning given in paragraph 3 of Schedule 2. Service Provider Applicable Regulations means all Relevant Laws which are in force from time to time during the Term, including any amendments to any or all of them, and which apply to: (a) the Service Provider in its business specifically as a provider of information technology services, or (b) the Service Provider or any of its Sub-contractors or Affiliates in relation to the Service Provider’s delivery of the Services under this Agreement and, in each case, save to the extent that the Customer or its regulators require a specific approach to be taken as regards the delivery of the Services in which case, pursuant to clause 20.1, such specific approach shall not be a Service Provider Applicable Regulation and be designated a Customer Applicable Regulation.
