DR Plan definition

DR Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 16.1. “Effective Date” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
DR Plan means a plan setting out the processes and procedures with respect to the continued provision of the Relevant Services in the event of a disaster or a business interruption affecting, or that is likely to affect, the Relevant Services;

Examples of DR Plan in a sentence

  • Throughout the Term and at all times in connection with its actual or required performance of the Services, Supplier will maintain and operate a backup and disaster recovery plan to achieve a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of 24 hours, and a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 48 hours (the “DR Plan”), and implement such DR Plan in the event of any unplanned interruption of the Services.

  • Supplier will actively test, review and update the DR Plan on at least an annual basis using industry best practices as guidance, and maintain any additional backup requirements set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • If Supplier fails to reinstate all material Services within the periods of time set forth in the DR Plan, the University may, in addition to any other remedies available under this Agreement, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate this Agreement as a non-curable default under Section 7.1(a).

Related to DR Plan

  • Prior Plan means the coverage provided on a group or group-type basis by the group insurance policy, benefit plan or service plan that was terminated on the day before the Effective Date of the Plan and replaced by the Plan.

  • Prior Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.
