Service Provider User definition

Service Provider User means an active User whose record is under the “HR” tab of the “Service Provider” login of the CleanTelligent Subscription Services that may have certain access to Use the CleanTelligent Subscription Services. Each Service Provider User shall have one unique user name and password enabling access to certain areas of the “Service Provider” portion of the CleanTelligent Subscription Services. Others in the same organization can get notified of certain communication activity in the CleanTelligent Subscription Services without being a Service Provider User and without accessing the CleanTelligent Subscription Services.

Examples of Service Provider User in a sentence

  • By agreement executed between Service Provider, User, Other Users and any relevant Interconnect Parties not less than 14 Days prior to the beginning of a Month, the allocation methodologies under clause 15.3(a) may be changed commencing at the beginning of that Month.
