User Name and Password. I/We undertake to: (a) keep and procure each Authorized Person to keep the user name and password in relation to the Account for the purpose of your online trading service secret; (b) inform you as soon as reasonably practicable if I/we know or suspect that, any unauthorized person knows such user name or password or that unauthorized transactions have been effected.
User Name and Password. To access the Software, you will need a unique user name and password. We will issue you one username and one password for the Software for each User. With respect to the WiseTime Software, at your request, we will issue to your Liaison Officer a username and password which will enable your Liaison Officer to assign additional user names and passwords to other Users authorised to use the WiseTime Software. Please ensure the user names and the passwords are kept safely. You are entirely responsible for any misuse or abuse of any user names, passwords or other log in details by any person.

LICENSEE shall provide to AOC a non- expiring username and password for access to any service, application, or database that will include, incorporate, or process data received from AOC as part of providing data to any subscriber or customer. This username and password shall be provided without cost or condition.

3.2 The Client is aware that the Trading Member’s ITORS System itself generates the initial password and that the Trading Member is aware of the same. The Client agrees and undertakes to immediately change his initial password upon receipt thereof. The Client is aware that subsequent passwords are not known or available to the Trading Member.
3.3 The Client shall be responsible for keeping the Username and Password confidential and secure and shall be solely responsible for all orders entered and transactions done by any person whosoever through the Trading Member’s ITORS System using the Client’s Username and/or Password whether or not such person was authorized to do so.
3.4 The Client shall immediately inform the Trading Member of any unauthorized use of the Client’s Username or Password with full details of such unauthorized use including the date of such unauthorized use, the manner in which it was unauthorisedly used, the transactions effected pursuant to such unauthorized use, etc.
3.5 The Client acknowledges that he is fully aware of and understands the risks associated with availing of a service for routing orders over the internet including the risk of misuse and unauthorized use of his Username and/or Password by a third party and the risk of a person hacking into the Client’s account on the Trading Member’s ITORS System and unauthorisedly routing orders on behalf of the Client through the System. The Client agrees that he shall be fully liable and responsible for any and all unauthorized use and misuse of his Password and/or Username and also for any and all acts done by any person through the Trading Member’s ITORS System on the Client’s Username in any manner whatsoever.
3.6 The Client shall log off from the ITORS Service at any time the Client is not accessing or using the Service and any liability incurred to the Client as a consequence of the Client not logging off the Service shall borne solely by the Client.
3.7 Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 3.5, the Client shall immediately notify the Trading Member in writing with full details if :
(i) he discovers or suspects unauthorized access through his Username, Password or account,
(ii) he notices discrepancies that might be attributable to unauthorized access,
(iii) he forgets his password or
(iv) he discovers a security flaw in the Trading Member’s ITORS System.

User Name and Password. Client will be provided with a User ID and Initial Password. To maintain Client privacy and financial information, the User ID and Initial Password (collectively, Access Code) will be sent in two separate mailings. Upon logging in, the Client will be prompted to change their Initial Password. The Password must be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 14 characters in length. The Password is case sensitive and may be alphanumeric (contain a combination of letters and numbers). The Client is solely responsible for maintaining Access Code confidentiality. QCBT will not be responsible for any breach of security caused by a failure to maintain Access Code confidentiality. Client further agrees to be responsible for all transactions and activities that occur as a result of Client disclosure of the Access Code, whether or not Client authorized such transactions and/or activities. Client agrees not to provide account information to third parties and shall at all times be responsible and liable for any transactions or activities that occur on Client’s account. Client shall immediately notify QCBT in the event of any unauthorized use of Client’s account or if Client becomes aware of any other breach of security.

User Name and Password. If you are accessing the System via the Web Portal, you are being provided with access to the System through a user name and password (“Login Credentials”). You are responsible for all activities that occur through your access, including for any acts related to a lost or stolen Login Credentials. You agree to:
4.1 Not reveal your Login Credentials to anyone.
4.2 Not allow others, including colleagues with whom you work, to access the System using your Login Credentials.
4.3 Notify the point of contact designated by your organization immediately if you have reason to believe that your Login Credentials have been compromised.

Customer acknowledges that access to the Application by Customer and Authorized Users requires the creation of user accounts for the Application (which may include the selection or designation of a username and password). Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer is solely responsible for the use and security of user names and passwords. Customer shall take such actions as may be necessary to maintain the confidentiality and security of user names and password information and prevent the unauthorized use of user names and passwords, and shall immediately notify Company in the event of a breach of Customer security. Customer will not save Customer’s user name(s) and/or password(s) on a workstation which may be used by multiple users, or permit Authorized Users to do so, as the sharing of user names and/or passwords to allow any other person to use the Application is prohibited.
