CleanTelligent Subscription Services definition

CleanTelligent Subscription Services means those services provided by CleanBrain on a specific website(s) and web server(s) in connection with the Software including, but not limited to, software in object code form only that can be accessed through a certain web browser(s) and/or downloaded from such website(s) and web server(s) that can be utilized on certain computers or mobile, tablet or other devices, in the service and/or other industries, including, but not limited to, facility management, janitorial, and/or other fields, and that may relate to inspections, work orders, reports, communication, or other services in the service and/or other industries, and/or such other areas, all as determined by CleanBrain from time to time in its sole discretion.

Examples of CleanTelligent Subscription Services in a sentence

  • CleanBrain does not warrant that the CleanTelligent Subscription Services shall operate in combination with Third Party Software selected by Client, or that the CleanTelligent Subscription Services shall operate uninterrupted or free of errors.

  • Both parties agree that CleanBrain may modify the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Software and Documentation as it deems appropriate in CleanBrain’s sole discretion from time to time.

  • Except as explicitly expressed in this Section 2, nothing contained in this Agreement transfers to Client any license or rights in the Software, CleanTelligent Subscription Services, or Documentation.

  • CleanBrain may use Third Party-Background Technology in the development of the Software, CleanTelligent Subscription Services, and/or Documentation.

  • No terms, provisions or conditions of any purchase order, acknowledgement or other business form that Client may use in connection with the Use of the CleanTelligent Subscription Services shall have any effect on the rights, duties or obligations of the parties hereunder, or otherwise modify this Agreement, regardless of any failure of CleanBrain to object to such terms, provisions or conditions.

  • CleanBrain retains all rights not granted to Client by this license, including, without limitation, an unrestricted right to promote, market, offer, license, sublicense, exploit and use the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Software and Documentation.

  • Client hereby grants CleanBrain a license giving CleanBrain the right to store Client Data and the right to access, view, edit, copy, share and use Client Data as set forth in this Agreement and for those purposes and situations set forth in CleanBrain’s privacy notice and security information as amended from time to time by CleanBrain and posted on the website where Client and/or its Users log on to Use the CleanTelligent Subscription Services.

  • Client agrees that any and all derivative works of the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Software, Xxxx, and/or the Documentation shall be the property of CleanBrain and may be licensed by CleanBrain to others as determined by CleanBrain from time to time, and Client hereby assigns all right, title and ownership interest therein, if any, to CleanBrain.

  • Client agrees that it is not obtaining the above license or entering into this Agreement to research, use, or discover Confidential Information or the CleanTelligent Subscription Services to use to compete against CleanBrain or share information to others that may compete against CleanBrain.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, CleanBrain may offer the CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Documentation, Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support, CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, Implementation Services, and/or Admin Assist Services in different languages from time to time in the exercise of its sole discretion.

Related to CleanTelligent Subscription Services

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Post Stabilization Services means covered services related to an emergency medical or behavioral health condition provided after the condition is stabilized.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.
