Servicer Data definition

Servicer Data means Personal Data, Employment Data, financial data, and all other information concerning Servicer or any Affiliate, or its personnel, clients or customers, provided to Servicer Performance Guarantor by or on behalf of Servicer, or created by Servicer Performance Guarantor based on information provided by or on behalf of Servicer.
Servicer Data is defined in Section 3.9(a).
Servicer Data means with respect to the Program Receivables, all intellectual property of Servicer created or used in connection with the servicing of the Program Receivables, including proprietary servicing methods and all delinquency, loss and performance data received or produced by the Servicer with respect to the servicing of the Program Receivables.

Examples of Servicer Data in a sentence

  • The foregoing information shall be reported to the Trustee each month on or before the Servicer Data Remittance Date.

  • Each Servicer shall provide to the Trustee the information set forth in Exhibit Z hereto in such form as the Trustee shall reasonably request with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer no later than twelve noon on the Servicer Data Remittance Date to enable the Trustee to calculate the amounts to be distributed to each Class of Certificates and otherwise perform its distribution, accounting and reporting requirements hereunder.

  • On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall verify, based on the recovery and expense information provided by Wilshire on the related Servicer Data Remittance Date, (i) the aggregate amount of accrued and unpaid Servicing Fees to be paid to Wilshire and expenses to be reimbursed to Wilshire on such Charged Off Loans as of the related Due Period and (ii) the amount of Net Recoveries on such Charged Off Loans for such Distribution Date.

  • Task Orders may include, but are not limited to: FSA Image Repository; Decommissioned Servicer Data Support and Payment Support; Legacy Loan Consolidation Adjustments (work contained within CLIN 12); and FFEL Guaranty Agency Rehabilitation Loan Purchases.

  • Not later than the close of business on the second Business Day following each Servicer Data Remittance Date, the Trustee shall notify the Mortgage Pool Insurer of the amount of the Deductible for the related Distribution Date.

  • If the Deductible is less than the aggregate claim amount of approved claims, the Mortgage Pool Insurer, in its sole discretion, will determine the losses allocable to the Deductible and the losses allocable to the Mortgage Pool Insurance Policy and pay the amount of such shortfall to the Trustee, by wire transfer, not later than the close of business on the fourth Business Day after the related Servicer Data Remittance Date.

  • If the Deductible is less than the aggregate claim amount for each claim filed by the Servicer under the Mortgage Pool Insurance Policy and approved by the Mortgage Pool Insurer during the calendar month prior to the month of such Servicer Data Remittance Date and Distribution Date, the Trustee shall notify the Mortgage Pool Insurer of the aggregate amount of approved claims by the Mortgage Pool Insurer.

Related to Servicer Data

  • Servicer Information As defined in Section 11.07(a).

  • Servicer Notice As defined in Section 11.17.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Primary Servicing Agreement means the agreement between the applicable Primary Servicer and the Master Servicer, under which such applicable Primary Servicer services the Mortgage Loans set forth on the schedule attached thereto.

  • Servicer Interchange means, for any Monthly Period, the portion of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables allocated to the Investor Certificates and deposited in the Finance Charge Account with respect to such Monthly Period that is attributable to Interchange; provided, however, that Servicer Interchange for a Monthly Period shall not exceed one-twelfth of the product of (i) the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the last day of such Monthly Period and (ii) 1.00%.

  • Master Servicer Remittance Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Predecessor Servicer Work Product shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(c) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.

  • Servicing Records All documents, books, records and other information (including, without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, data processing software and related property rights) prepared and maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Loans and the related Obligors.
