Servicer Reporting Date definition

Servicer Reporting Date. As defined in Section 5.16(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

• If on any Servicer Reporting Date the Servicer or any Substitute Servicer (as applicable) has not provided the Cash Administrator with the Servicer Report, and on the immediately succeeding Investor Reporting Date the Cash Administrator cannot calculate the amount of principal to be redeemed, the Issuer will not redeem the Notes on the relevant Payment Date.
