Services Policy definition

Services Policy means the policy contained in clause 5.1 of Part A;
Services Policy means the policy set out in Chapter 2;
Services Policy means the Service Policy forming part of this Agreement that we provide to you upon making a Booking that stipulates your obligations and responsibilities before, during and after we perform the Services as amended from time-to-time;

  • Elastic warrants that it will perform the Support Services, as applicable, in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with generally accepted industry practice, and in accordance with any applicable Support Services Policy.

  • In consideration of the services provided by Contractor in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications set forth herein, in Exhibit A, and in the Alcohol and Other Drug Services Policy and Procedure Manual, County shall make payment to Contractor based on the rates and in the manner specified in Exhibit B and attachments herein for the contract term.

  • The Health Agency Director is permitted to agree to any rate change associated with a renewal of this contract so long as that rate change from the allowed expenditure under the initial term of this Contract falls within the change order limits of the County’s Contracting for Services Policy.

  • In addition, electronic services may be suspended, without advance notice, if there are insufficient funds in any one of your accounts or if any of your accounts are not in good standing as defined in our Member Conduct and Limitation of Services Policy.

  • Accordingly, the Board of Supervisors delegates to the Health Agency Director or designee the authority to amend this Contract to exchange, delete, or add to the types of services and/or to increase compensation to Contractor up to the change order limits specified in the County’s Contracting for Services Policy.

Related to Services Policy

  • Support Services Policy means the Supplier's policy for providing support in relation to the Subscription Services as made available at website or such other website address as may be notified to the Customer from time to time.

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
