Servicing Fee Schedule definition

Servicing Fee Schedule means the applicable listing of Servicing Fees with respect to any Assets, as agreed to by the parties from time to time. A Servicing Fee Schedule may, but is not required to be, incorporated into or attached to an Appendix.
Servicing Fee Schedule means the schedule of servicing fee rates in the form set forth as Exhibit A, as such schedule may be revised from time to time in accordance with Section 4.2.

Examples of Servicing Fee Schedule in a sentence

  • The Master Servicer acknowledges and agrees that the costs and expenses to produce and distribute (or to cause the applicable Sub-Servicers to produce and distribute) the Record are part of the data transfer fee payable to it pursuant to the Servicing Fee Schedule, attached as Schedule E to this Agreement and agrees that no additional fees will be payable by the Trust or the Administrator to produce and deliver the Record.

  • As compensation for its services hereunder, the Servicer shall be entitled to the fees specified in the Servicing Fee Schedule detailed on Exhibit D to this Agreement.

  • If the Servicer and the Subservicer are unable to agree on a new Servicing Fee Schedule within 30 days of the initiation of a request for a new Servicing Fee Schedule, either party may deliver written notice to the other party of its intention to consult a third-party (such as an accounting or consulting firm) (each, a “Fee Advisor”) to provide data on the appropriate market rate at the time of such dispute.

  • If the Servicer and the Subservicer are unable to agree on a new Servicing Fee Schedule within 30 days after any Fee Advisor has provided its analysis, this Agreement shall terminate in accordance with Section 7.4.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, each new Servicing Fee Schedule will supersede and replace any and all previously executed and delivered Servicing Fee Schedule(s).

  • Monthly Service Fee - Company shall pay Vendor a monthly servicing fee ("Servicing Fee") as specified in the "Servicing Fee Schedule", attached to and hereto made a part of this Agreement.

Related to Servicing Fee Schedule

  • Subservicing Fee As to any Mortgage Loan, the fee payable monthly to the related Subservicer (or, in the case of a Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan, to the Master Servicer) in respect of subservicing and other compensation that accrues at an annual rate equal to the excess of the Mortgage Rate borne by the related Mortgage Note over the rate per annum designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "CURR NET" for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.

  • Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Basic Servicing Fee means the fee payable pursuant to Section 3.09 to the Servicer on each Payment Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period or, with respect to the first Payment Date, the Original Pool Balance.

General Servicing Fee Rate: 0.50% per annum.

  • Subservicing Fee Rate The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".

  • Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.

  • Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Collateral Servicing Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Total Servicing Fee means the sum of the Basic Servicing Fee and the Supplemental Servicing Fee.

  • Backup Servicing Fee means, as to each Distribution Date, $4,000; provided, however, that if the Backup Servicer becomes the successor Servicer, such fee shall no longer be paid.

  • Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Noteholder Servicing Fee is defined in Section 3.1.

  • Supplemental Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Collection Period, all administrative fees, expenses and charges paid by or on behalf of Obligors, including late fees, prepayment fees and liquidation fees collected on the Receivables during such Collection Period but excluding any fees or expenses related to extensions.

  • Supplemental Servicing Fees means any and all (i) late fees, (ii) extension fees, (iii) non-sufficient funds charges and (iv) any and all other administrative fees or similar charges allowed by applicable law with respect to any Receivable.
