Fee Rates Sample Clauses
Fee Rates. The fee rate payable under this Agreement with respect to each of the Funds is set forth on Schedule B, which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. With respect to each Fund, the Sub-Adviser agrees to provide notice to the Adviser in accordance with Section 24 of this Agreement in the event that the Sub-Adviser enters into an investment sub-advisory agreement to provide investment sub-advisory services to another registered investment company (i) with initial assets to be managed by the Sub-Adviser approximately equal to or less than the current assets managed pursuant to this Agreement; and (ii) pursuant to the same investment mandate and for substantially similar services provided to the Fund under this Agreement for a lower fee schedule than as provided for in Schedule B.

Fee Rates. The fee rates are set out in the fees list. Fee levels will be reviewed each year and there will be reasonable increases from time to time.

Fee Rates. The Seller shall pay for the Services provided to it by Cainiao a service fee in the amounts specified in Exhibit 2 hereto as these may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of Cainiao. Cainiao shall notify the Seller of any changes to the service fee no later than one week before Cainiao changes the rates of the service fee via various ways, including but not limited to the platform bulletins, station letters on Aliexpress Tmall Platform. Sellers are obliged to pay regular attention to the above-mentioned news release areas of the Cainiao System and to read the above-mentioned prior notifications and official announcements, and to understand the scope of service applicable to the relevant information and its impact on the Service. The updated fee rates shall take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Cainiao Services, you agree to that the amended fee rates will apply to you.
8.1. Ставки оплаты услуг. Продавец оплачивает Услуги Xxxxxx в суммах, указанных в Приложении 2 к настоящему Договору, которые могут периодически изменяться в одностороннем порядке по усмотрению Цайняо. Сумма оплаты не включает НДС, если иное не указано в соответствующем счете. Цайняо уведомляет Продавца о любых изменениях в размере суммы оплаты за обслуживание не позднее, чем за одну неделю до того, как Цайняо поменяет ставки оплаты за услуги, различными способами, в том числе, но не ограничиваясь, размещением официального сообщения на платформе, письмами на Платформе Aliexpress TMall. Продавцы обязаны регулярно обращать внимание на вышеупомянутые новостные блоки Системы Цайняо и читать вышеупомянутые предварительные уведомления и официальные объявления, а также понимать объем услуг, применимый к соответствующей информации, и ее влияние на Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. Обновленные суммы оплаты вступают в силу немедленно после публикации. Продолжая пользоваться Услугами Xxxxxx, Вы соглашаетесь с тем, что к вам будут применяться измененные суммы оплаты.
8.2. The Seller agrees to calculate, subject to the weight of the parcel measured by Xxxxxxx and uploaded in Cainiao System, the logistics service fees according to the Charging Standard for Service Fees attached hereto as Exhibit 2. The logistics service fees shall not be settled and a corresponding bill shall not be generated until the status of the parcel indicated on Cainiao System becomes “System Dispatch”.
