Servicing Official definition

Servicing Official means any employee of the Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Receivables whose name appears on a list of servicing employees furnished to the Trust Collateral Agent and the Insurer by the Servicer, as such list may from time to time be amended.
Servicing Official. Any employee of the Master Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Contracts whose name appears on a list of servicing employees furnished to the Trustee and the Certificate Insurer by the Master Servicer, as such list may from time to time be amended.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • Sub-Servicer Any Person with which the Master Servicer has entered into a Sub-Servicing Agreement and which meets the qualifications of a Sub-Servicer pursuant to Section 3.02.

  • Certificate Administrator Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Certificate Administrator who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Certificate Administrator under this Agreement.

  • Banking office means a principal office or authorized branch of a bank, out-of-state bank, national bank, association, or savings bank.

  • Note A-1 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer A Sub-Servicer required to be retained by the Master Servicer by a Mortgage Loan Seller, as listed on Exhibit S to this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • Certificate Administrator’s Website The internet website of the Certificate Administrator, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0055% per annum.
