DATA BASES. Schedule 3.16(p) identifies and describes each distinct electronic or other database containing (in whole or in part) personal data maintained by or for the Seller at any time (the “Seller Databases”), the types of personal data in each such database, the means by which the personal data was collected, and the security policies that have been adopted and maintained with respect to each such database. No breach or violation of any such security policy has occurred or, to the best of Seller’s knowledge, is threatened, and there has been no unauthorized or illegal use of or access to any of the data or information in any of the Seller Databases.

DATA BASES. Tripath shall supply the data base for each Product to the mask vendor, who shall be, at Tripath's option, either ST or a third-party mask vendor selected by Tripath and reasonably acceptable to ST (the "MASK VENDOR"). If ST is not the Mask Vendor, and ST did not reasonably object to the Mask Vendor selected by Tripath, ST shall supply the frame data at Tripath's option either to Tripath or to the Mask Vendor.
DATA BASES. For each County set forth on a County Schedule, the "Data Bases" consist of certain designated records of Security Union accessible via an on-line system. The PI/GI Data Base includes the property index ("PI") and the General Index (the "GI" and sometimes known as the Individual/Corporation Index). Security Union's Corporation, Limited Partnership and Notary Inquiry System ("CPN System") is a state-wide Data Base which contains certain information provided to Security Union by the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of California. Security Union's Image System contains electronic copies of certain Maps, Official Records and Starters ("Image System"). The Title-Tax Service Data Base consists of tax, bond and assessment information. Security Union may develop, or acquire the right to offer access to, other Data Bases. If access to any such other Data Base is made available by Security Union to Customer, any special terms of such access shall be as set forth in an amendment hereto or on an amended County Schedule, as applicable.

Prices and conditions agreed on transmission tariffs for each performed Opportunity Cross-Border Transaction (if a remuneration different from zero was agreed).

No breach or violation of any such security policy has occurred or, to the Knowledge of Seller, is threatened, and there has been no unauthorized or illegal use of or access to any of the data or information in any of Seller Databases.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.
