Servicing Type definition

Servicing Type. Each Servicing Shift Loan Combination shall be an Outside Serviced Loan Combination on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.
Servicing Type. The Loans in the Portfolio would be serviced on an actual/actual basis. Ocwen would net servicing fees, ancillary income and servicing advances monthly from collections.
Servicing Type. The applicable Investor accounting remittance options applicable to the related Mortgage Loans.

Related to Servicing Type

  • Servicing Portfolio means, as to any Person, the unpaid principal balance of Mortgage Loans serviced by that Person under Servicing Contracts, minus the principal balance of all Mortgage Loans that are serviced by that Person for others under subservicing arrangements.

  • Servicing Transfer Any transfer of the servicing by a Prior Servicer of Mortgage Loans to the Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Servicing Transfer Date The date on which a Servicing Transfer occurs.

  • Servicing Transfer Costs All reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee in connection with the transfer of servicing from a predecessor servicer, including, without limitation, any costs or expenses associated with the complete transfer of all servicing data and the completion, correction or manipulation of such servicing data as may be required by the Trustee to correct any errors or insufficiencies in the servicing data or otherwise to enable the Trustee to service the Mortgage Loans properly and effectively.

  • Servicing In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing, managing or administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity (other than the Certificate Administrator and the Trustee) that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.

  • Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Primary Servicing Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Mortgage Loan, the fee payable to the Primary Servicer pursuant to Section 3.01(c)(20) of this Agreement.
