SES Group definition

SES Group means Legacy Owner Holdco, Crestview Holdco, Crestview Entities, B-29 Investments LP, Sunray Capital, LP, and Proactive Investments, LP and their respective Affiliates (other than the Corporation).
SES Group means SES and each of its subsidiaries;
SES Group means SES S.A. (or its successor-in-interest due to merger, reorganization or otherwise), or any entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with SES S.A., all members of the boards of directors and management boards, members or shareholders of SES S.A. and such entities, and all officers, employees, consultants, agents, contractors and subcontractors of SES S.A. and such entities.

  • Comparator Group is defined as the following nine U.S. based carriers including, AirTran Airways, Inc., Alaska Air Group, Inc., AMR Corporation, Continental Airlines, Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., JetBlue Airways Corporation, Southwest Airlines Co., US Airways Group, Inc. and UAL Corporation.
