Sessional Position definition

Sessional Position means a position established as such, the duties of which are performed on a full-time basis for specified periods of employment of a recurring nature not less than six (6) months and not more than twelve (12) months during the year;
Sessional Position means a position that is created to instruct students on a per course basis and where the duties are limited to course preparation, instruction and assessment.
Sessional Position means an instructional assignment, paid hourly on a course credit basis for a defined term.

  • Session means the experience of interacting with the software, directly or indirectly, through any combination of input, output and display peripherals.   • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Targeted case management means services that assist a beneficiary to access needed 2 medical, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehabilitative, or other community services. The 3 service activities may include, but are not limited to, communication, coordination and referral;

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Trainer means a dentist whose name is included in sub-part A of the first part of the dental list who employs a trainee as an assistant in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Determination;

  • Independent living services means services and activities provided to a child in foster care 14 years

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Operational Period means the period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with the date and time on which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.

  • Train means any configuration of Rollingstock operating as a unit on Track;

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • infrastructure manager means any body or undertaking that is responsible in particular for establishing and maintaining railway infrastructure, or a part thereof, as defined in Article 3 of Directive 91/440/EEC, which may also include the management of infrastructure control and safety systems. The functions of the infrastructure manager on a network or part of a network may be allocated to different bodies or undertakings;

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
