Set-Aside definition

Set-Aside means 1) a specific type of housing development category that the ADOH has identified as a priority for allocating tax credits; or 2) an identified number of housing units that the Owner will agree to be held for use by tenants with a certain level of income or by tenants in a particular group as described in Section 2.6 of this QAP.
Set-Aside means all or a portion of a Project’s Units that are Rent Restricted and/or limited to use by a specified tenant income category, or a particular special needs tenant group. Set Asides will be described in the LURA.

Set-Aside means the percentage of units within a Development that shall be reserved as affordable at or below the specified AMI to income qualified persons or households throughout the Compliance Period as outlined herein.
