Settlement Awards definition

Settlement Awards means the amounts the Parties propose be paid to members of the Settlement Class pursuant to this Agreement.
Settlement Awards means the total gross amount due to a Settlement Class Member.
Settlement Awards means Settlement amounts paid by or on behalf of Defendants to eligible Class Members.

  • To the extent Settlement Awards are provided by check instead of electronically, the expiration date for settlement checks will be 180 calendar days from the date the settlement checks are issued, unless otherwise extended by agreement of the Parties.

  • Tax Treatment of Settlement Awards: Fifty Percent (50%) of each Settlement Class Member’s settlement award will be treated as wages and subject to normal tax withholding and shall be reported to the taxing authorities and the Settlement Class Member on an IRS Form W-2.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for mailing and emailing the Notice of Settlement to the Proposed Class, tracing undeliverable mailings, recording, and tracking responses to the mailings to the Proposed Class, tracking and responding to any inquiries made by any member of the Proposed Class, reviewing Class Counsel’s calculation of the Settlement Awards, and any other related tasks mutually agreed to by the Parties.


More Definitions of Settlement Awards

Settlement Awards means the Cash Awards and Voucher Awards.
Settlement Awards means the awards specified in Section 5.02.
Settlement Awards means the pro-rata amount Participating Class Members shall each receive from the Settlement Fund. Under no circumstances shall any Settlement Award paid exceed twenty-four dollars ($24.00) per eligible Class Device.

Related to Settlement Awards

  • Cash Performance Award means an Award that is denominated by a cash amount to an Eligible Person under Section 10 hereof and payable based on or conditioned upon the attainment of pre-established business and/or individual Performance Goals over a specified performance period.

  • Grant Award The Provider is required to match the grant award as required in the rules implementing the Federal Victims of Crime Act. Match contributions equal to 20 percent (cash or in-kind) of the total cost of each VOCA project (VOCA grant funds plus match contributions) must be reported monthly to the OAG. All funds designated as match contributions are restricted in the same manner and to be expended for the same uses as the VOCA victim assistance grant funds and must be expended within the grant period. Unless otherwise approved by the OAG, match contributions must be reported on a monthly basis in an amount consistent with the amount of funding requested for reimbursement.

  • Awards means Options, RSUs and PSUs granted to a Participant pursuant to the terms of the Plan;

  • Full Value Award means an Award other than in the form of an ISO, NQSO, or SAR, and which is settled by the issuance of Shares.

  • Replacement Award means an Award granted in assumption of, or in substitution for, an outstanding award previously granted by a company or business acquired by the Company or with which the Company, directly or indirectly, combines.

  • Parent Award means the Electrical Electronic and Communication Contracting Industry (State) Award.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Other Equity-Based Award means an Award that is not an Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, or Performance Share Award that is granted under Section 10 and is payable by delivery of Common Stock and/or which is measured by reference to the value of Common Stock.

  • Other Stock-Based Awards means Awards granted to a Participant under Section 6(h) hereof.

  • Phantom Stock means a right granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 12 representing a number of hypothetical Shares.

  • Bonus Stock Award means an award of Bonus Stock under this Plan.

  • Equity Awards will mean Executive’s outstanding stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, performance shares, performance stock units and any other Company equity compensation awards.

  • Service Awards means the amount awarded by the Court and paid to the Class Representatives in recognition of their role in this litigation, as set forth in Section 8 below.

  • Arbitral award or decision means an arbitrator or arbitral panel determination that a labor law violation occurred, or that enjoined or restrained a violation of labor law. It includes an award or decision that is not final or is subject to being confirmed, modified, or vacated by a court, and includes an award or decision resulting from private or confidential proceedings. To determine whether a particular award or decision is covered by this definition, it is necessary to consult section II.B. in the DOL Guidance.

  • Deferred Stock Award means Awards granted pursuant to Section 8.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Other Stock Unit Award means any right granted to a Participant by the Committee pursuant to Section 10 hereof.
