Settlement Class Notices means the long-form and publication notices concerning this Action and this Class Settlement Agreement to be provided to members of the Rule 23(b)(3) Settlement Class and the Rule 23(b)(2) Settlement Class, which are contained in Appendix F hereto.

Related to Settlement Class Notices

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.
