Settlement Committee definition

Settlement Committee means a settlement disaster risk management committee established in terms of section 16;
Settlement Committee means the committee formed by Employer to make a decision on or to settle any dispute or difference between the Employer and the Contractor referred to him or her by the parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause
Settlement Committee means the committee constituted in accordance with paragraph 3.1(a) of this Schedule, to facilitate the operationalization of the settlement mechanism including the validation of data pertaining to invoicing, collection, settlement of surplus/deficit, etc.
