Settlement Prices definition

Settlement Prices means the settlement prices for natural gas futures contracts traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) on the fifteenth (15th) day of each month as published in the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), or other nationally recognized publication, on the following business day (or the next day in which a Settlement Price is published).
Settlement Prices means the settlement prices for natural gas futures contracts traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) on the fifteenth day of each month as published in nationally recognized publications such as the CME Group (CME) or S&P Global Platts (Platts) on the following business day (or the next day in which a Settlement Price is published).
Settlement Prices means the settlement prices for natural gas futures contracts traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) on the 15th day of each month or the first trading day thereafter.

Examples of Settlement Prices in a sentence

  • The Exchange alone will make the final decision as to the determination of the Unofficial Settlement Prices.

  • The Exchange will provide the Clearing House with Settlement Prices twice per day for use by the Clearing House in settling trades and positions.

  • The methodologies for the determination of Daily Settlement Prices and option premiums are outlined in the Settlement Pricing Procedure, which is also available in its respective valid version on the website of EEX AG (www.eex.com).The final settlement prices of derivatives traded at EEX and EEX OTF are also out of scope of this document.

Related to Settlement Prices

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.

  • Settlement Price Date means the Valuation Date. "Valuation Date" means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Daily Settlement Price means the settlement price for a Swap calculated each Business Day by or on behalf of BSEF. The Daily Settlement Price can be expressed in currency, spread, yield or any other appropriate measure commonly used in swap markets.

  • Current Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for the submission of the Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance,

  • Daily Settlement Amount for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the Observation Period, shall consist of:

  • Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below.   • Underlying Reference Closing Price Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the Closing Level in respect of such day.

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Day-ahead Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Settlement Rate has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.

  • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.

  • Reset Price means the price of the relevant Underlying Reference determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the price obtained by unwinding any underlying related hedging arrangements in respect of the relevant Security during the Unwinding Time Period immediately following the relevant Reset Event Determination Time ;

  • Resettlement means the impact of an involuntary taking of land under the Project, which taking causes affected persons to have their: (i) standard of living adversely affected; or (ii) right, title or interest in any house, land (including premises, agricultural and grazing land) or any other fixed or movable asset acquired or possessed, temporarily or permanently; or (iii) access to productive assets adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; or (iv) business, occupation, work or place of residence or habitat adversely affected, temporarily or permanently.

  • Agreement Price shall be the higher of (a) the fair market value of the Shares to be purchased determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company and (b) the original exercise price of the Shares to be purchased.

  • Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.

  • Congestion Price means the congestion component of the Locational Marginal Price, which is the effect on transmission congestion costs (whether positive or negative) associated with increasing the output of a generation resource or decreasing the consumption by a Demand Resource, based on the effect of increased generation from or consumption by the resource on transmission line loadings, calculated as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.
