Settlement Subclass Member definition

Settlement Subclass Member means all individuals who are members of the Settlement Subclass.
Settlement Subclass Member or “California Subclass Member” means a Person(s) who falls within the definition of the Settlement Subclass who does not timely and validly request exclusion from the Settlement Class.
