Settlement Window definition

Settlement Window means the trading activity from the period of time beginning at 4:15 pm and ending at 4:30 pm New York local time each Trading Day.
Settlement Window means the period during a Settlement Day in which the Processing Reserve Bank accepts and processes Settlement Files. The Settlement Window includes a file submission window and a file processing window. The opening and closing hours of the Settlement Window are published separately by the Reserve Bank.
Settlement Window means, unless otherwise agreed, if such Transaction is executed on T (T being a Business Day), the period commencing at 12am EST on T+1 (T+1 being a Business Day) and ending at 11:59 pm EST on T+1. A Business Day is defined as any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
