Sewage or Wastewater definition

Sewage or Wastewater means the water carried waste products from residences, public buildings, institutions, industrial establishments or other buildings including the excrementitious or other discharge from the bodies of human beings or animals, together with such ground water infiltration and storm and surface water as may be present.
Sewage or Wastewater means the liquid and water carried industrial or domestic wastes from dwellings, commercial buildings, industrial facilities and institutions, together with any groundwater, surface water and stormwater that may be present, whether treated or untreated, which is contributed into or permitted to enter the sewage works.
Sewage or Wastewater means sewage, industrial waste, municipal waste, recreational waste, and agricultural waste, as defined in Chapter 26, Texas Water Code, together with properly shredded garbage and such infiltration water that may be present.
