SFA Part II Application definition

SFA Part II Application means, with respect to a Designated System, the second part of the application under the SFA for Energization approval, which contains information demonstrating the completion of such Designated System and, for a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, information on its Subscriptions.

  • For each Designated System which received additional points during the project selection process based upon the Seller’s status as a certified MWBE, any assignment pursuant to Section 13.1 may be assigned prior to SFA Part II Application verification of the Designated System only to another SFA-Approved Vendor that is also a certified MWBE.

Related to SFA Part II Application
