Share Entitlement definition

Share Entitlement means, as of the date of determination, any outstanding entitlement or right of any Person to be reflected in the register of members of the Company as the holder of any shares of share capital in the Company pursuant to the exercise of any Stock Option by such Person prior to the date of determination.
Share Entitlement means the calculation of the number of Shares to be issued each Offering Period pursuant to the terms of this Plan;
Share Entitlement means that number of Shares for which an Option is granted to an Eligible Employee in accordance with the Scheme, as stated in the Option Certificate relating to such Option; and

Examples of Share Entitlement in a sentence

  • If Shareholders do not complete and return the Election Form (or if an invalid election is made or a Shareholder fails to sign the Election Form) they will be deemed to have elected for Alternative 1 (Income Option) in respect of all of their Share Entitlement.

  • Maximum Share Entitlement By electing to participate in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan in respect of any Notice of Election received by him/her, a Shareholder elects to reinvest the whole or part of the Electable Portion, to which such Notice of Election relates, in the New Shares.

More Definitions of Share Entitlement

Share Entitlement means the New Ordinary Shares and Deferred Shares that each Scheme Creditor (other than Luxfer Group Limited) is entitled to receive in accordance with clauses 4.18 to 4.25 of this Noteholder Scheme;
