Share Valuation definition

Share Valuation means $36.90 per share of Parent Stock.
Share Valuation means the average of the closing market composite price for one share of the Corporation’s common stock as reported on the Nasdaq for each trading day during the three calendar months prior to the date such amounts are credited to the Participant’s Deferral Account as specified in Section 5.2.
Share Valuation means and includes the Series E Share Valuation, Series D Share Valuation, Series C Share Valuation, Series A Share Valuation and Common Stock Share Valuation, as applicable.

Related to Share Valuation

  • Company Valuation means $135,000,000.

  • Share Value means $25.00 plus declared and unpaid dividends as at the date of the Trigger Event.

  • MCE Valuation Period means, subject to any extension (as described in further detail in the Conditions), the period commencing from and including the moment upon which the Mandatory Call Event occurs and up to the end of the following trading session on the Index Exchange; and

  • Share Valuefinal means the Preference Share Value on the Valuation Date; and "Share Valueinitial" means the Preference Share Value on the Initial Valuation Date.

  • Exercise Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Exercise Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non-waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Common Stock Price means, with respect to the Company and each of the Peer Companies, as of a particular date, the average of the Fair Market Value over the 15 consecutive trading days ending on, and including, such date (or, if such date is not a trading day, the most recent trading day immediately preceding such date); provided, however, that if such date is the date upon which a Transactional Change of Control occurs, the Common Stock Price of a share of common stock as of such date shall be equal to the fair value, as determined by the Committee, of the total consideration paid or payable in the transaction resulting in the Transactional Change of Control for one share of Common Stock.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event.   • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of each February, May, August and November of each year commencing on the first such date next following the Date of Original Issue of a series of MTP , except with respect to delivery of Accountant’s Confirmation in which case “Quarterly Valuation Date” shall mean the last Business Day of such of the last Business Days of February, May, August and November in each year as is selected by S&P.
