Shareholder Documents definition

Shareholder Documents means the Amended and Restated the Shareholders Agreement (September 20, 1995); the Amendment No. 1 to Amended and Restated the Shareholders Agreement (dated as of January 17, 1997); Amendment No. 2 to Amended and Restated the Shareholders Agreement (dated as of March 14, 1997); Amended and Restated Voting Agreement (dated September 20, 1995); Amendment NO. 1 to Amended and Restated Voting Agreement (dated as of January 17, 1997); Amendment No. 2 to Amended and Restated Voting Agreement (dated as of March 14, 1997); Amendment No. 3 to Amended and Restated Voting Agreement (dated as of November 4, 1997); and Culligan Voting Agreement (dated December 2, 1997).
Shareholder Documents means the Holdco Shareholders Agreement and the Shareholder Terms.
Shareholder Documents means the P&O Princess EGM Circular, the Joint Registration Statement and the Second Joint Registration Statement, including the prospectuses constituting part of the Joint Registration Statement and the Second Joint Registration Statement.

Examples of Shareholder Documents in a sentence

  • The Distributor will deliver Shareholder Documents electronically by sending consenting persons an e-mail message informing them that the applicable Shareholder Document has been posted and is available on the Fund’s website and providing a hypertext link to the document.

  • Until such notice is provided, the Participant can only obtain access to the Shareholder Documents electronically.

  • The Participant understands that it must have continuous Internet access to access all Shareholder Documents.

  • The electronic versions of the Shareholder Documents will be in PDF format and can be downloaded and printed using Adobe Acrobat.

  • The Distributor shall electronically deliver all Shareholder Documents to the Participant at the e-mail address set forth on the signature page attached to this Agreement, unless and until the Participant provides written notice to the Distributor requesting otherwise.


More Definitions of Shareholder Documents

Shareholder Documents means those documents referred to in Clause 5.5.
Shareholder Documents means this Agreement and all other agreements, documents, instruments and certificates to be executed and delivered by the Shareholders, or any of them, in connection with this Agreement.
Shareholder Documents means the (i) Shareholders Agreement, (ii) the Registration Rights Agreement and (iii) the Xxxxxx Agreement.
Shareholder Documents means the Arion Bylaws Amendment, Arion Charter Amendment, Arion A&R Registration Rights Agreement, Arion A&R Stockholders Agreement and any other documents entered into by and among the Parties and the other Investors or adopted by Arion in furtherance of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, in each case setting forth the rights, obligations and other attributes of the Arion Capital Shares or the Arion shareholders after the Closing.
Shareholder Documents means the Shareholder Agreements and the Cayman Yisheng Articles.
Shareholder Documents means the shareholders agreement of WS Holdings Acquisition, Inc. and any and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or entered into in connection therewith with respect to the issuance of the HoldCo Loans by Reorganized HoldCo in connection with the proposed Restructuring Transactions.
Shareholder Documents means, collectively, the Investors Rights Agreement, the Voting Agreement and the Co-Sale Agreement.
