Shareholding Percentage definition

Shareholding Percentage means, with respect to any Member, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the number of Shares owned, directly or indirectly, by such Member and its Affiliates to the aggregate number of all the issued Shares. For the purposes of determining the number of Shares held by the Members, all Series A Preferred Shares shall be deemed to have been converted into Ordinary Shares at the then-applicable conversion ratio.
Shareholding Percentage means the percentage of all Ordinary shares beneficially owned by the relevant Shareholder in the total issued share capital (comprising Class A and Class B Ordinary shares) of the Company as of an applicable date;
