  • Silver Members shall be entitled to annually elect one representative to the Governing Board for every 10 Silver Members (rounding down to the nearest whole number) up to a maximum of three representatives; provided there shall always be, when there is one or more Silver Members, at least one Silver Member representative, even if there are less than 10 Silver Members.

  • A Silver Member shall have the right to five complimentary registrations for CHIPS Alliance workshops and events during the year of membership.

  • There shall be four (4) classes of membership (“Membership Categories”) in the Foundation: (1) Platinum Member, (2) Gold Member, (3) Silver Member, and (4) Individual Member.

  • In the event that the Silver Member or the Titanium Family Designee calls for a determination of a Deadlock in arbitration pursuant to the terms of this Section 6.22, Silver Parent and the Titanium Family Designee shall have a period of ten (10) Business Days from the date of such request to mutually agree on one Qualified Expert.

  • At any time that Silver Parent intends to qualify as a Real Estate Investment Trust, the Silver Member shall, in a timely manner, provide the Company and its Officers with all information reasonably requested by the Company for purposes of ascertaining its compliance with this Section 6.23.

  • Appropriate representatives of the Silver Member and the Titanium Family Group Designee shall endeavor to engage in regular open dialogue to further the interests of the Company.

  • Written notice shall be provided to the Silver Member in advance of any appointment or removal of a Titanium Family Designee.

Related to Silver Member

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.

  • New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.

  • Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.2.

  • Limited Partner means any Person named as a Limited Partner on Exhibit A attached hereto, and any Person who becomes a Substitute Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a Limited Partner in the Partnership.

  • Bona fide member means an individual who participates in activities of a qualified organization

  • Life Member means an Individual appointed as a Life Member of the Club under clause 5.2.

  • Founding Members means the collective reference to American Multi-Cinema, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Cinemark Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Regal CineMedia Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Unit Holder means the owner of one or more Units.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Preferred Member means a Member holding Preferred Units.

  • Oaktree means Oaktree Capital Management, LLC and its Affiliates, including any partnerships, separate accounts or other entities managed by Oaktree.

  • Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause

  • Managing Partner means Geodyne Production Company, a Delaware corporation, and any other Person admitted as additional or Substituted Managing Partner pursuant to Article Six of this Agreement.

  • Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.

  • Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;

  • Participating member means a member who is required to make mandatory contributions by the applicable retirement act to his or her health reimbursement account.
