Similar Role definition

Similar Role means any of the following:
Similar Role means positions fulfilled at any other facilities or organisations where tasks, level of responsibility and work conditions or environment are comparable to the role being undertaken at the City of Unley. ‘Wages’ shall mean the Agreement wage plus any regular and permanent penalties and regular required overtime as set out in rosters and any other benefit which is recorded by contractual agreement as forming part of the employee’s total remuneration package.
