Singapore Borrowing Base Certificate definition

Singapore Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by a Financial Officer of the Singapore Borrower, in a form which is acceptable to the Singapore Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by a Financial Officer of the Borrower Representative, in substantially the form of Exhibit C or another form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Borrowing Base Report means a report in substantially the form of Exhibit E (or such other form approved by Administrative Agent) certified by a Responsible Officer of Borrower.

  • U.S. Borrowing Base means, as of any date of determination, the result of:

  • Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 2 executed by a duly authorized officer of the Custodian and delivered by the Custodian to the applicable Fund by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as such Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.

  • Borrowing Base Value means, with respect to any Oil and Gas Property of a Credit Party or any Swap Agreement in respect of commodities, the value the Administrative Agent attributed to such asset in connection with the most recent determination of the Borrowing Base as confirmed by Required Lenders.

  • Revolving Administrative Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Borrower Notice means a written notice, in the form of Exhibit A, to be used for each borrowing, repayment of each Advance or termination or reduction of the Facility Amount or Prepayments of Advances.

  • Designated Borrower Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.14.
