SIP Party definition

SIP Party means a Party that operates as a Meter Operator Agent.
SIP Party means any holder of Class B Units that is not an Affiliate of the XXXX Member, together with its Permitted SIP Assigns. 897613.05-WILSR01A - MSW SIP Party Offset Event has the meaning assigned that term in the Management Services Agreement. SIP SellCo Initial Capital Contribution has the meaning assigned that term in Section 4.03(a).

Related to SIP Party

  • Seller Party shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14.2.

  • Buyer Party means Buyer or any Affiliate of Buyer that is a party to any Transaction Agreement.

  • Warrantor means a manufacturer or any other person that provides a warranty to the consumer in connection with a new recreational vehicle or parts, accessories, or components of a new recreational vehicle. The term does not include a person that provides a service contract, mechanical or other insurance, or an extended warranty sold for separate consideration by a dealer or other person not controlled by a manufacturer.

  • Performance Guarantor means Parent.

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Transaction Party means the Company and each Guarantor, collectively, “Transaction Parties”.

  • Aggrieved party means a party entitled to pursue a remedy.

  • Credit Party means the Administrative Agent, any Issuing Bank, the Swingline Lender or any other Lender.
