SIP Shares definition

SIP Shares means the Atkins Shares held in the SIP;
SIP Shares means shares in Vistry held on my behalf in the SIP Trust from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Vistry Group PLC Share Incentive Plan; and
SIP Shares means the ordinary shares with a par value of US$0.001 each in the Company issued to the Executives pursuant to the Share Incentive Plan as set out in the Schedule (SIP Share Issuances).
