Site Development Agreement means the written agreement between the Planning Board and the applicant in which transitory conditions and agreements are listed. Only such submitted information as has only temporary relevance (e.g. details of construction phase erosion control or inspections, bonding, etc.) may be omitted from the Registered Submission and handled separately in the Site Development Agreement.
Site Development Agreement means a tripartite agreement, acceptable to the Bank, entered into among CNL, the local directorates of MOH and a Developer in accordance with the provisions of paragraph II.B of Schedule 5 to this Agreement for the purposes of carrying-out a Sub-Project (as this term is hereinafter defined) under Part A of the Project;
