Examples of Site Expiration Outside Date in a sentence

  • Except as set forth in Section 41, in the event of the expiration of the Term as to any Site prior to the Site Expiration Outside Date, and without limiting any of Lessee's other rights or remedies hereunder, Lessee will have no right or claim to any refund or credit of any portion of the prepaid Rent for such Site.

Related to Site Expiration Outside Date

  • Initial Expiration Date is defined in Section 1.1(c) of the Agreement.
