ARCHIVING FEES: One-time payment at a rate outlined in the attached table Detailed Budget – Site Fees will be paid at the end or at the premature termination of the Study after the close-out visit to cover the costs associated with archiving of the Study records for 25 years after the end or the premature termination of the Study.
