Site Fees definition

Site Fees means fees imposed by third parties and incurred in listing, advertising, distributing, marketing, posting and selling Customer’s products, search terms or information to Network Sites or Flex Feed destinations, or other third-party destinations.
Site Fees means those fees set by the Operator for the use of camp sites;
Site Fees means fees incurred in listing, advertising, distributing, marketing, posting and selling Customer’s items, search terms or information to Channels. Customer is responsible for paying all Site Fees directly to the applicable Channel unless otherwise agreed in writing with Shopping Feed.

More Definitions of Site Fees

Site Fees means money paid or payable by ahome owner to an operator on a periodic basis for occupation of a residential site under a site agreement. "tenancy agreement" means a residential tenancy agreement within the meaning of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 . "tenant" has the same meaning as in the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 . "termination notice" means a termination notice under Part 11 given by a party to a site agreement. "termination order" means a termination order under Part 11 made by the Tribunal. "Tribunal" means the Civil and Administrative Tribunal. "utility" means any of the following services:

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Late Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.

  • Management Fees means, with respect to each Project for any period, an amount equal to the greater of (i) actual management fees payable with respect thereto and (ii) three percent (3%) per annum on the aggregate base rent and percentage rent due and payable under leases at such Project.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Construction Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • Inspection Fee means a fee payable to Lender or Loan Servicer for performing any inspection required by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500.00 per inspection.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Upfront Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated.   • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Training costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.
