Site Leases definition

Site Leases means, collectively, the DPL Site Lease and the DDOT Site Lease.

Site Leases as defined in Section 2.2(b).

Site Leases means each agreement between Facility Company and a PPA Customer regarding the lease, license, or similar contractual arrangement providing Facility Company with the right of access to, and use of, a Site for the purposes of performing Facility Company’s obligations pursuant to the applicable Power Purchase Agreement. If Facility Company’s right of access to, and use of, a Site is contained within a Power Purchase Agreement, then the term “Site Lease”, with respect to such Site, shall mean the provisions for access to, and use of, that Site contained in such Power Purchase Agreement.

• After execution of this Construction Services Agreement and the Site Lease(s) and Sublease(s) between the parties, the District shall issue a notice to the Contractor to proceed with the Project (“Notice to Proceed”), which Notice to Proceed shall include the date upon which commencement for the Project shall commence.

• The Site Leases and the Advertising Contracts are in full force and effect, and are binding upon the parties thereto.

• Seller has delivered to Buyer true and complete copies of the Advertising Contracts and the Site Leases.

More Definitions of Site Leases

Site Leases means all of the leases listed on the Transfer Plan.

Site Leases collectively, all leases, subleases, tower leases, co-location agreements, license agreements, easements, use agreements, privileges, access agreements, right-of-way agreements and all other agreements relating to the use by any Loan Party of any Site.

Site Leases means lease and/or sublease agreements by and between Seller and a third-party lessor or sublessor concerning locations used in connection with the Business as listed on Schedule 1.44 attached hereto.

Site Leases means the ground leases, licenses or other right of use agreements pursuant to which the Company or one of its Subsidiaries holds a leasehold estate, leasehold interest, or other real property interest, or uses or occupies a Tower Site.

Site Leases means the leases, licenses, easements, occupancy ----------- agreements and other grants of the right to use real property not owned in fee by Seller for the use, operation, construction, or management of Advertising Displays, and all extensions, modifications or renewals (whether or not pursuant to different terms and conditions) thereof to which Seller was a party or of which it had the benefit as of the date hereof including, without limitation, rights to locations on which structures have not been built, which are further listed on Schedule 3.5 hereto. Any additional leases, licenses, easements, ------------ occupancy agreements and other grants of the right to use real property which have been assumed by or assigned to Seller or entered into following the date hereof and in effect as of the Closing Date will be included as "Site Leases," provided that Buyer has specifically agreed to assume such agreements after -------- Buyer has had a reasonable opportunity to review the same. Schedule 3.5 hereto ------------ sets forth for each Site Lease listed on such Schedule: (a) the location of the property, (b) the name of the lessor or grantor, (c) the annual base rent for such Site Lease, if any, and (d) the expiration date, if any.
