Site Leases definition

Site Leases means, collectively, the DPL Site Lease and the DDOT Site Lease.

Site Leases means each agreement between Facility Company and a PPA Customer regarding the lease, license, or similar contractual arrangement providing Facility Company with the right of access to, and use of, a Site for the purposes of performing Facility Company’s obligations pursuant to the applicable Power Purchase Agreement. If Facility Company’s right of access to, and use of, a Site is contained within a Power Purchase Agreement, then the termSite Lease”, with respect to such Site, shall mean the provisions for access to, and use of, that Site contained in such Power Purchase Agreement.

  • After execution of this Construction Services Agreement and the Site Lease(s) and Sublease(s) between the parties, the District shall issue a notice to the Contractor to proceed with the Project (“Notice to Proceed”), which Notice to Proceed shall include the date upon which commencement for the Project shall commence.

  • If a legal challenge is made as to the validity of the Contract Documents, within 90 days from the date of the board award, the Parties may mutually elect to rescind any Notice to Proceed that has been issued by the District and the Master Construction Services Agreement and the Master Site Lease(s) and Master Sublease(s) between the Parties shall be terminated for the convenience of the Parties.

Site Leases means all of the leases listed on the Transfer Plan.

Site Leases means lease and/or sublease agreements by and between Seller and a third-party lessor or sublessor concerning locations used in connection with the Business as listed on Schedule 1.44 attached hereto.
