Skills First Student definition

Skills First Student means an individual who is eligible for Skills First subsidised training in accordance with the eligibility requirements specified in this Contract and who is enrolled at the Training Provider into such training. Skills First Teacher means an individual trainer and/or assessor who is:
Skills First Student means an individual who is eligible for Skills First subsidised training in accordance with the eligibility requirements specified in this Contract and who you have enrolled into such training. Skills First Teacher means an individual trainer and/or assessor who you: employ directly; engage as a Sole Trader; or engage through a subcontract arrangement which meets the conditions of Clause 6 of this Contract, for the purpose of delivering training and/or assessment elements of the Training Services. Skill Set means a program that is identified as such on the Funded Programs Report and may include: an accredited course with the title ‘Course in…’; a nationally recognised skill set; a single accredited subject; or a group of accredited subjects that we have approved.

  • However, you must ensure the Skills First Student is accurately informed of the nature and requirements of the training and assessment to make an informed decision about their enrolment.

  • If the information required under Clause 9.4 of this Schedule 1 (student name or client identifier, a subject identifier and a date expressed in day/month/year format) cannot be recorded on the work itself, separate evidence must be provided to link the work to the Skills First Student, and the subject and date it was completed.
