Sky Platforms definition

Sky Platforms means any platform by which Sky makes its content available to viewers, including but not limited to satellite, cable, mobile phone, broadband and video on demand (VOD);

Sky Platforms means "SkyGo Feed" means the discrete feed of the Sky Sports Network transmitted to devices receiving all or part of the Sky Sports Network through Sky's SkyGo service; "Sponsorship" has the meaning set out in Sky's Standard Sponsorship Terms and Conditions; "Sport Inventory" means the Airtime set out in the Deal Summary that is available for purchase by the Advertiser around Televised Sporting Events on the Sky Sports Network, whether broadcast or streamed live to the viewer/user; "Target Audience" means, in respect of Televised Sporting Events relating to: "Televised Sporting Events" means live sport broadcasts but also pre-and post-match programmes and other programming focussed whether s the whole event or a sum thereof. "Third Party Platforms" means those Platforms represented by Sky's Group for the purposes of the sale of advertising and/or sponsorship, from time to time; and "Tier" refers to the Tiers described in Part B of Schedule 1.

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data.   • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Electronic device technology means any technology that involves microelectronics, semiconductors, electronic equipment, and instrumentation, radio frequency, microwave, and millimeter electronics; optical and optic-electrical devices; or data and digital communications and imaging devices.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Specially Written Software means any software created by the Contractor (or by a third party on behalf of the Contractor) specifically for the purposes of this Contract.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available athttp://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Public water supply system means a system for the provision to the public of piped water for human consumption, if the system has at least fifteen service connections or regularly serves at least twenty-five individuals. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
