Examples of Skype Group in a sentence

  • Each Party shall cause any Subsidiary or other Affiliate (including, without limitation, a Subsidiary or other Affiliate of the Online Group or Skype Group, as applicable) to grant to the other Party the audit rights granted hereunder with respect to such other Party.

  • In the event that Skype provides any Payment Services, Skype shall provide the Payment Services directly, or, to the extent previously approved in writing by Online BVI, which approval may be withheld in its sole discretion, through a respective Subsidiary or other Affiliate (including, without limitation, a Subsidiary or other Affiliate of the Skype Group), licensee, distributor or reseller thereof.

  • The Place of Service is at the registered address of Skype Communications in Luxembourg or other such address of the Skype Group as deemed appropriate and mutually agreed.

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise means a business enterprise, including a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation that is:

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • User Group means (a) you; (b) any entity or individual that Stripe reasonably determines is associated with you; and (c) each of your and their Affiliates; that has entered into an agreement with Stripe (or an Affiliate of Stripe) under which Stripe or its Affiliate provides services.
