SLM Server definition

SLM Server means a network computer that manages the licenses required to run the Software. «Лицензионные сборы за Программное обеспечение» означает суммы, подлежащие уплате Лицензиатом компании AspenTech за Программное обеспечение, лицензируемое в соответствии с настоящим Договором. «Система управления Лицензиями на программное обеспечение» («СЛМ») означает основанную на программном обеспечении систему лицензирования, которая используется для отслеживания использования продуктов Программного обеспечения и контроля над таким использованием. SMS also includes commercially reasonable efforts by AspenTech to remedy Defects by (i) providing a bug fix, patch or workaround procedure, and/or (ii) incorporating a permanent Defect correction in the next Update or Release of the Software. «Услуги по сопровождению Программного обеспечения» («УСПО») означает гарантийную поддержку, состоящую из услуг, указанных в Справочнике услуг, без взимания дополнительной платы (то есть без взимания платежей иных, чем Лицензионные сборы за Программное обеспечение, указанные в статье 5.3), с которыми можно ознакомиться по адресу: xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx, последняя версия прилагается в Приложении H а также Обновления, Версии и относящуюся к ним пользовательскую документацию, которые предоставляются по мере их выпуска. SLM Server means each network computer that manages the licenses required to run the Software. Subject to any specified license restrictions set forth in this Agreement, the Software may be installed on more than one SLM Server upon written notice to the AspenTech Administrative Coordinator.

Examples of SLM Server in a sentence

  • At any time during the License Term, during normal business hours, AspenTech may, upon reasonable written notice to Licensee and not more than once in each six- month period, examine computer names/user names/departments and location information found on each SLM Server to confirm and verify that Licensee’s usage of Software is in compliance with this Agreement.

  • Licensee shall provide AspenTech with an original, unmodified, electronic copy of the Usage Logs for each SLM Server for each Measurement Period, commencing with the fourth full calendar month of the License Term.

  • Licensee shall deploy the version of the SLM Server and SLM client software required by AspenTech, activate the Usage Log generator in accordance with documentation to be provided by AspenTech, and configure each SLM Server to deliver Usage Logs to the ALC using an auto upload or other tool approved by AspenTech.

  • Except with respect to Standalone Software licenses, Licensee may download a license key from an SLM Server for no more than 30 consecutive days before Licensee must check the key back in to the SLM Server.

  • Tokens will be consumed for Token Software licenses until the downloaded license keys are checked back in to the SLM Server.

  • AspenTech shall issue replacement license keys or dongles so Xxxxxxx may use the Software on additional SLM Servers or move the Software from one SLM Server or computer to another, with no change in the license scope.

  • During normal business hours at any time while this Agreement is in effect, AspenTech may, upon reasonable written notice to Xxxxxxx and not more than once in each consecutive twelve-month period, examine computer names/usernames/departments and location information found on each SLM Server to confirm and verify that usage of Software by Xxxxxxx is in compliance with this Agreement.

Related to SLM Server

  • Server means all programs and technology used to make and carry out the Client's instructions, as well as presenting trading information in real time (the information is specified by the Company), with consideration of the mutual obligations of the Client and Company in correspondence with this Agreement.

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Interactive computer service means any information service, system, or ac- cess software provider that provides or enables computer access by multiple users to a computer server, including specifically a service or system that provides access to the Internet and such systems operated or services of- fered by libraries or educational insti- tutions.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) is an optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC-1/STS-1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.

  • Member Director means a Director elected or appointed pursuant to section 8(2)(a) of the Act and Section 5.02;

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Black Start Service means the capability of generating units to start without an outside electrical supply or the demonstrated ability of a generating unit with a high operating factor (subject to Transmission Provider concurrence) to automatically remain operating at reduced levels when disconnected from the grid.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.
