SMART Tariff definition

SMART Tariff shall have the meaning set forth in 225 CMR 20.00 et seq., including any SMART Tariff titled SMART Provision, and including, as applicable, the SMART Tariff specific to a particular local electric distribution company.
SMART Tariff has the meaning set forth in 225 C.M.R. §20.02, as may be amended from time to time by a Governmental Authority.
SMART Tariff means the Utility’s tariff implementing the SMART Program, as such tariff may be amended from time to time.

  • If the Solar Tariff Generation Unit meets all eligibility requirements pursuant to 225 CMR 20.00, the Department shall issue a final Statement of Qualification and the Solar Tariff Generation Unit may begin its SMART Tariff term upon its Incentive Payment Effective Date.

  • If a STGU fails to meet any of applicable requirements of this RFP, 225 C.M.R. 20.00 et seq., or the applicable SMART Tariff prior to its Commercial Operation Date, it may forfeit its right(s) to the Performance Deposit in Section 6.4, below.

More Definitions of SMART Tariff

SMART Tariff means the tariff to implement the incentive program contemplated under the SMART Program to be filed by the LDC, which is approved by DPU and as from time to time amended.

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • Distribution Tariff means the Distribution Tariff prepared by the Company and approved by the Commission on an interim or final basis, as the case may be;

  • Rate Schedule or “Rider” means the rate or charge for a particular classification of service, including all special terms and conditions under which that service is furnished at the prescribed rate or charge.

  • CAISO means the California Independent System Operator Corporation or any successor entity performing similar functions.
