SME Customer definition

SME Customer means, in relation to a Communications Provider, a Customer of that provider which is an undertaking for which fewer than two hundred and fifty (250) individuals work (whether as employees or volunteers or otherwise);
SME Customer means any customer of EDF Energy that is not a Residential Customer,Un metered Customer or a Major Business Customer; and
SME Customer means a customer which falls within the definition of “micro-small and medium-sized enterprise” under the SME Regulations. A micro-small and medium-sized enterprise is defined as under the SME Regulations as

Examples of SME Customer in a sentence

  • During the Interim Billing Period, Seller shall take preparatory steps to cause the name of Buyer, telephone contact numbers and email contact information, for Buyer, to appear on all invoices and SME Customer communications as is provided or approved by Buyer.

  • If the scope of the brief goes beyond the scope of the project, the Service Provider has the right to impose additional billing on the SME Customer (please see Schedule 1).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the engagement between the Service Provider and the SME Customer is independent of the Bank’s involvement and the Parties agree that the Bank is not a party to any agreement between the Service Provider and SME Customer, nor will the Bank be involved nor indemnify the Service Provider/SME Customer for any disputes between the Service Provider and the SME Customer.

  • Buyer and Seller will agree, in writing, upon the number of SME Customer DS-1 circuits in Seller's network facilities on the last calendar day of month.

  • Each Special Bonus payment shall be reduced by such amounts as shall be required to be withheld by applicable law and regulations.

  • The SME Customer may, however, terminate this Agreement if suspension lasts more than thirty (30) days.

  • If the SME Customer requires the Service Provider to redo the entire project, the SME Customer will have to make a new order without any refunds.

  • At Buyer's direction, Seller will continue to support special processing for some customers that include CD-ROM based billing, customer usage detail, credit card payment processing for existing customer, and any other special SME Customer arrangements that have been previously agreed to, in each case, in accordance with IT and Billing QoSS.
