Society Rules definition

Society Rules means the rules passed by the Board in accordance with these By-laws;
Society Rules means rules and operating regulations promulgated by the Society. The Society Rules current at the date of this Constitution (but subject to amendment from time to time) are set out in Schedule 1 but do not form part of this Constitution.
Society Rules means Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961.

  • We reserve the right to provide the Services to any other client at our discretion and in accordance with the Bar and Law Society Rules.

  • A reference hereafter in this Contract to Specifications shall be deemed to include the Approved Drawings and the Classification Society Rules.

  • PPB Rules means the rules of the Procurement Policy Board as set forth in Title 9 of the Rules of the City of New York (“RCNY”), § 1-01 et seq.

  • SIFT Rules means the provisions of the Income Tax Act providing for a tax on certain income earned by a “SIFT trust” or “SIFT partnership” as those terms are defined in the Income Tax Act.

  • Market Rules means the rules, regulations, customs and practices from time to time of any exchange, clearing house or other organization or market involved in the conclusion, execution or settlement of a Contract any exercise by any such exchange, clearing house or other organization or market of any power or authority conferred on it.

  • Network Rules means the operating rules of any Network, as may be amended from time to time and provided to Higher One in writing.

  • Park Rules means the rules of conduct and practice issued by us from time to time and applicable to the use of the Caravan and other facilities at the Park. A copy of the Park Rules in force at the date of this Licence Agreement is attached.
