Software Maintenance and Technical Support definition

  • This Software Maintenance and Technical Support Policy (the “Support Policy”) governs the provision by Vocera Communications, Inc., a Stryker company (“Vocera”) of certain software maintenance and technical support services for Vocera’s Clinical Communication offerings (“Support”) and any on site assistance pursuant to Section 8 below (“On-Site Assistance”), all as described below and purchased by an end user customer (“End User”) from either Vocera or Vocera’s authorized reseller (“Reseller”).

  • A termination for convenience shall have no impact on Purchase Orders for Subscription Terms and/or Software Maintenance and Technical Support terms provided by End User before the effective date of such termination.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other party so long as no Subscription Term or Software Maintenance and Technical Support term remains in effect at the time of termination.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

Furniture maintenance product does not include: dusting aids; wood cleaners, and products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning; and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
