Software Maintenance and Technical Support definition

Software Maintenance and Technical Support means the applicable Vocera Software Maintenance and Technical Support policy which is posted at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and attached to this Agreement.

  • Payment shall be due net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice (subject to credit verification), which shall be on or subsequent to the (i) date of shipment of Hardware Products, (ii) the date of issuance of the applicable License Key for Software Products and Software Maintenance and Technical Support, (iii) the date the Quote for Subscription Term Software is accepted and thereafter each subsequent annual date as specified in the Quote, or (iv) the anniversary date for renewal Subscription Terms.

  • This Software Maintenance and Technical Support Policy (the “Support Policy”) govern the provision by Vocera Communications, Inc.

Related to Software Maintenance and Technical Support

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
