Customer Base definition

Customer Base means the entire group of Customers for which the Supplier is providing natural gas.
Customer Base means all of the Seller’s past, present and future customer contracts, agreements, LOA’s or other arrangements, any customer list relating thereto and any information regarding prospective customers and contracts, agreements, LOA’s or other arrangements and all of the goodwill and other intangible assets associated with any of the foregoing.
Customer Base means the proprietary information that relates specifically to the Accounts to be Sold, including the customer lists containing names and the most recent street addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers and the credit data of the Cardholders with respect to such Accounts.
