Software Specification definition

Software Specification means the specification for the Software set out in the Documentation;
Software Specification means the specification for the Software set out in Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Software Licence Particulars) and in the Documentation, as it may be varied by the written agreement of the parties from time to time; and
Software Specification any specification of Developed Software set out in the Service Description. “Systems Environment” the hardware, networks and connections, system and other software which the Software works with or is dependent on.

  • Subject to clause 2.1, if the Software fails in any material respect to conform with the Software Specification, the Customer shall give the Supplier a detailed description of any such non-conformance (“Error”), in writing, within the twenty (20) day review period.

  • Maintenance includes all regularly scheduled error corrections, software updates and those upgrades limited to improvements to features described in the Software Specification.


More Definitions of Software Specification

Software Specification means the specification for the Software set out in the Documentation; "Source Code" means the Software code in human-readable form or any part of the Software code in human-readable form, including code compiled to create the Software or decompiled from the Software, but excluding interpreted code comprised in the Software;

Software Specification means the functionality and performance specifications for the Software, as set out in Schedule 4.
Software Specification means the description of Software functions, facilities, performance levels (where appropriate) and related matters, whether supplied by the Contractor as an output in performing the Agreement, or supplied by the Customer from its own resources.
Software Specification the functional specifications for the Software, as set out in Schedule 3.
Software Specification has the meaning given to that term in clause 1.1(1) of the Code.
