Description of Software. The ITM Software is a proprietary computer software program which is used to generate buy and sell signals with respect to any stock market being monitored. The stock markets that will be monitored are the U.S. stock market (U.S. Standard and Poor's Index), the Japanese Stock Market (Nikkei 225 Average), the United Kingdom Stock Market (FTSE 100 Share Index) and the German Stock Market (Frankfurt Dax Index). The ITM Software is based on a disciplined decision process on inputs that are based on fundamental and technical elements. Once the data has been entered, the ITM Software generates objective buy, hold, sell or short signals for any monitored stock market as a whole. The date that will be used in the ITM Software will be obtained from sources in the public domain, mostly from Ned Xxxxx Xxxearch, a company which specializes in providing economic and market information. What is unique about the ITM Software is the proprietary manner in which the data is treated by the software to generate timing signals. Release I will provide timing signals for the U.S. stock market (S & P 500 Index). Market timing signals for the Japanese, United Kingdom, and German markets will be developed by combining the U.S. timing signals with timing signals for these three markets as obtained from Ned Xxxxx Xxxearch, but treated by GTS in a proprietary manner. Bearhill shall indicate to GTS the order in which the software for each of the Japanese, United Kingdom and German markets is to be developed. Development for each will be completed within thirty days. DELIVERABLE #1: This will be the Main Computer Program which generates all buy, hold, sell or short signals on the basis of the individual inputs and the decision rules included in the Computer Program. The Main Computer Program will be available on a diskette.

Description of Software. The MODO software includes a full executable installation of the MODTRAN® software, including its inherent components and databases. MODO with MODTRAN contains GUI tools for eased interfacing with MODTRAN® which are created by ReSe and which are not related to the Licensors. The MODTRAN® software calculates atmospheric transmittance, radiation and scattering for user defined paths and wavelengths. It has served as the U.S. Air Force and DoD standard moderate spectral resolution radiative transport model for wavelengths extending from the thermal infrared (IR) through the visible and into the ultraviolet (0.2 to 10,000.0 μm). The MODTRAN® 1 cm-1 statistical band model was developed collaboratively by Spectral Sciences, Inc. and the USAF Research Laboratory. New model features include (1) finer spectral resolution via the Spectrally Enhanced Resolution MODTRAN® (SERTRAN) molecular band model, (2) a fully coupled treatment of auxiliary molecular species, and (3) a rapid, high fidelity multiple scattering (MS) option. The finer spectral resolution improves model accuracy especially in the mid- and long-wave IR atmospheric windows; the auxiliary species option permits the addition of any or all of the suite of HITRAN molecular line species, along with default and user-defined profile specification; and the MS option makes feasible the calculation of Vis-nearIR databases that include high-fidelity scattered radiances. Validation calculations with the new band model algorithms against line-by-line (LBL) codes have proven successful. MODTRAN® includes flux and atmosphere-scattered solar calculations, essential components in the analysis of near- IR and visible spectral region data that are not readily generated by LBL models. Use of the MODO software, including all its MODTRAN® components is limited to Licensee’s internal uses at one physical site, or in the case of personal laptop use, users whose primary place of business is a single physical site. Licensee may report on results obtained with the MODO and the underlying MODTRAN® software and should duly reference the software in reports and papers. Peregrine is a web based CJIS compliant Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that provides a single point of access to view and analyze large-scale real-time data from various data sources. The software performs several critical functionalities, including data integration, search and information retrieval, advanced analytics, data management, reporting, collaboration, access control, and security. Peregrine was developed to provide a common operations and intelligence picture to facilitate real-time operational decision-making, enhance investigatory capabilities, streamline criminal analysis, and generate intelligence products for Law Enforcement. The software creates an extremely efficient method for turning large amounts of raw data into useful decision-support and analysis products, quickly and with significant reduction in manual manpower processing needs. Peregrine will be made available to any and all law enforcement personnel within Fremont, through the Fremont Police Department. Peregrine was designed for complete system interoperability and supports existing record management systems (RMS), computer aided dispatch systems (CAD), video management systems (VMS), body worn camera (BWC) systems, automated license plate reader (ALPR) data, real-time sensor data, case management systems, evidence management systems, arrest records, search warrant data, subpoenaed data, gang intelligence data, suspicious activity reports, and unstructured data such as document, imagery, and video repositories.
