Non-Solicitation Period means a period of 12 months after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company.
Nonsolicitation Period means the Employment Period and a period ending one year after the Date of Termination; and
Restricted Period means the 40-day distribution compliance period as defined in Regulation S.
Non-Competition Period means the period the Executive is employed by the Company plus one (1) year from the Termination Date if the Executive's employment is terminated (i) by the Company for any reason, (ii) by the Executive for any reason, or (iii) by reason of either the Company's or the Executive's decision not to extend the term of this Agreement as contemplated by Section 1 hereof.
Non-Compete Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).
Competitive solicitation means a formal, advertised procurement process, other than an Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or Invitation to Negotiate, approved by the Board to purchase commodities and/or services which affords vendors fair treatment in the competition for award of a District purchase contract.
Solicitation means the document issued by the System Agency (including any published addenda, exhibits, and Attachments) under which the goods or Services provided under the Contract were initially requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
Noncompetition Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01.
Restrictive Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending two (2) years after the termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder.
Restriction Release Date means such date, after the Effective Date, that the Board of Directors determines in good faith that it is in the best interests of the Corporation and its stockholders for the transfer restrictions set forth in this Article 4 to terminate.
Solicitation Materials means, collectively, the solicitation materials with respect to the Plan.
Restriction Period means any period designated by the Committee during which (i) the Common Stock subject to a Restricted Stock Award may not be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged, hypothecated or otherwise encumbered or disposed of, except as provided in this Plan or the Agreement relating to such award, or (ii) the conditions to vesting applicable to a Restricted Stock Unit Award shall remain in effect.
Resale Restriction Termination Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).
Standstill Termination Date means the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the Board Rights Termination Date and (ii) the later of (A) the third anniversary of this Agreement or (B) the first anniversary of the date on which both the Purchaser Designated Director has resigned from the Board and the Purchaser has permanently waived and renounced the Purchaser’s Board observation rights and Board designation rights in Section 1 and Section 2 of this Agreement.
Noncompete Period or "Nonsolicitation Period" means the period beginning the date hereof and ending on the second anniversary of the termination of Employee's employment with Employer.
Bid Solicitation means a formal request for Bids including an Informal Quotation, Request for Quotation, Request for Pre-Qualification, Request for Tender, Request for Proposal, Negotiated Request for Proposal, or Request for Expression of Interest;
Solicitation Procedures Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction approving the Debtors' proposed procedures to govern their solicitation of votes on this Plan.
Restriction Termination Date means the first day on which the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines that it is no longer in the best interests of the Corporation to attempt to, or continue to, qualify as a REIT.
Extended Period As defined in Section 9.04(b).
Certification period means the period for which an individual is certified eligible for a program.
Lock-up Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and continuing through the close of trading on the date that is 90 days after the date of the Prospectus (as defined in the Underwriting Agreement).
Qualifying Time Period means the period defined in Section 2.3.C, during which the Applicant shall make investment on the Land where the Qualified Property is located in the amount required by the Act, the Comptroller’s Rules, and this Agreement.
Solicitation Response means Contractor’s full and complete response (including any Attachments and addenda) to the Solicitation, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:
Compliance Period means a period of time that the Development shall conform to all set-aside requirements as described further in the rule chapter and agreed to by the Applicant in the Application.
Home solicitation sale means a sale of goods or services of more than $25.00 in which the seller or a person acting for the seller engages in a personal, telephonic, or written solicitation of the sale, the solicitation is received by the buyer at a residence of the buyer, and the buyer's agreement or offer to purchase is there given to the seller or a person acting for the seller.
